Profile

The Department of Mechanical engineering was established in the year 2002 with an ambition to develop skilled well knowledge mechanical engineers to meet need of technical manpower of nearby industrial sector and society. The department has intake of 60 students.
The department of Mechanical engineering always strives to achieve academic excellence. It has combination of well qualified, dedicated experienced and young dynamic faculty members who devotes towards inculcating knowledge and skills to budding mechanical engineers.
Our department provides well-equipped laboratories and equipment as per MSBTE norms to the students. The department also motivates students for higher studies and lifelong learning.

We also motivate and give exposure to the students to work on the innovative projects and allied activities to make them employable and become future entrepreneurs for self-employment. Students are exposed to recent trends and techniques through strong and active industry- institute interaction which develop the confidence to solve real problems and ability to handle complex and challenging tasks/projects.
We have strong alumni connect developed by our department are serving in various sectors/ industries including central and state government, private sector, technical educational institutes at various job profiles and positions in India and as well as abroad.
